Cluster resources

This directory contains resources which are cluster-wide, e.g. CRDs and StorageClasses. Cluster-resources are deployed before the actual platform-services, as the latter often depends on specific cluster-resources. This dependency is enforced through Flux's dependsOn construct in the relevant kustomizations.
